Hey, I’m Casey

I am a Speaker, Performance Consultant, and Educator.

I’ve been a health & fitness professional for a decade. After working in high performance environments of all types (including professional sport, fitness education, and corporate consulting), I’ve learned a few things about what it takes for people to change for the better.

Through my talks and on my podcast, I help people improve their habits to achieve high performance and live with intentionality.

CLARITY. PEACE. HAPPINESS.

I create experiences that help people understand their relationship with fitness and with themselves more clearly, and inspire mindset shifts that bring greater clarity, peace, and happiness.

Ultimately, I want you to integrate new habits into your life in a way that makes sense to you.

I have experience leading sessions at live and virtual events.

Expect a professional speaker who maintains transparency and centers the audience experience. You won’t get a “motivational” speaker who talks “at” the audience and puts themselves on a pedestal. You will get someone who speaks plainly and connects deeply with the audience and the message.
